FULL-SERVICE STENOGRAPHIC COURT REPORTING & VIDEO CONFERENCING
As a stenographic reporting agency, we provide our clients with stenographic reporting services by certified reporters. Our clients also enjoy the use of our manned and permanent facilities for depositions in Ocala, but we also travel within Marion County free-of-charge and cover judicial proceedings at the Marion County Judicial Center. Our facilities are directly across the street from the Marion County Judicial Center and offer free parking.
Do you need hybrid in-person and Zoom? We can do that! All of our conference rooms offer Zoom hookups and all of our reporters are Zoom-ready.
Do you need last-minute service changes? We're an independent firm, not a network, and we can actually handle last-minute changes in our immediate area! That hearing went from a Zoom to in-person? We can cover it! The witness' hookup isn't working? Set them for our offices. You're a regular client and need to rent space for attorney-client conference? We can do that!

The Florida Supreme Court recognizes live stenographic reporters
utilizing computer-aided transcription (CAT) as the preferred method of preserving the record and requires that method in Florida's most important cases.
When you see "reporting firms" claiming to use the "most
technologically advanced" methods, beware. That's the latest
marketing code words for digital recording systems: an untrained employee with a recording device, sending it off for transcription to an unknown employee, who was not present and cannot vouch for the recording itself ... the slowest method of producing a record, with no ability to authenticate in case of errors.
