Litigation Support - Ocala Florida

COVID19 ZOOM/VIDEOCONFERENCE SERVICES
With the lifting of many COVID-19 protocols per Florida Supreme Court emergency orders, our office is following our local positivity and hospitalization rates and limiting in-person appearance, as needed.  We will maintain Zoom and videoconference capabilities in and out of our physical office, returning to our normal reasonable rates after September 1, 2021.    As high local rates will limit the number of individuals in the entire office at one time, please make sure you include in your initial setting if anyone will need to be present at the office to ensure we can accommodate you.

If you are set for in-person appearance and have not been vaccinated and are feeling ill, please wear a mask in our building and offices.  Deposition rooms are high-risk infection environments and, while we will be maintaining ventilation and sanitary protocols, they remain high risk until all are either vaccinated or Florida and Marion County positivity rates show otherwise.  This is a highly contagious virus with potentially fatal and long-term consequences.  Let's stay healthy and well!

We do provide in-person and remote stenographic court reporters for our local courthouses, the Marion County Judicial Center and the Golden-Collum Memorial Federal Courthouse.  The federal courthouse mandates masks once you enter the building and while you are there.  The Marion County Judicial Center, as of August 9, 2021, suggests the wearing of masks if you are not vaccinated.  However, due to the large number of people being called for personal appearances in the judicial center, you are likely to be in large crowds there and masks should be worn, vaccinated or unvaccinated, for your personal safety and that of others.  Our positivity rate is at 27% in Marion County as of August 9, 2021, with +200 COVID hospitalizations locally.  Please stay informed and react accordingly.

If you have depositions or hearings in Marion County (or remote), we have you covered - one way or the other!
